All of our shells are designed for coastal rowing, a fast growing derivative of our sport. Coastal rowing shells are more user friendly than a typical flat water, 2k racing shell. They’ll support a rower through a variety of conditions (think wind, white caps, rolling waves, etc.) while providing ample stability and speed without the need to be hyper focused on your technique. You get to look around! Take in the views and the beauty of Alaska you’re up here to experience! If any water were to spill in to the shell, the sugar scoop sterns are self bailing, adding a layer of safety and security to your experience.
